The last two years of Honda's original 348 cc two-valve XL350 trail single, which used an enlarged XL250 engine in a cradle frame. These late versions carried the chassis and exhaust revisions made in 1976, and the model gave way to the four-valve XL500S for 1979. It was an easy-going dual-purpose bike, heavier than it looked and stopped by modest drum brakes.
